Cocktails for a Cause: PILOT LIGHT

Our November Cocktails for a Cause partner is Pilot Light, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering kids through food education. Founded by Chicago chefs, Pilot Light connects classroom lessons to real-life eating experiences, helping students build healthier relationships with food. A portion of proceeds from every featured cocktail will directly support their mission to inspire informed, confident, and nourished kids across Chicago.
