Sarah Grossman’s journey in the restaurant industry has taken her coast to coast, providing her with a wide swath of hospitality industry experience. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, her family moved to the Bay Area where she later attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. After graduating, Sarah worked at the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco and later at Per Se in New York City while earning a bachelor's degree in creative writing. Her career includes roles at notable establishments like SaraBeth’s in New York, Left Bank Brasserie in the Bay Area, and the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. Sarah is dedicated to enhancing Mordecai’s community engagement and expanding its exciting food and cocktail offerings.
