Erika Geatches brings nearly two decades of hospitality experience to her role as assistant general manager at Mordecai. Originally from metro Detroit, she moved to Chicago in 2018 and quickly became a familiar face behind the bar. Mordecai was her first job in the city, and after time spent honing her craft at other local establishments, she’s returned to help lead the team with a focus on exceptional service, approachability, and expertly crafted cocktails (like her favorite, the 3-Finger Old Fashioned).
